The G2 Awards are out for Winter 2024 and Willo won 13 🎉
I'm excited to share some great news with you all – Willo has been fortunate to receive recognition with 13 awards in the G2 Winter 2024 Report! As the CEO of Willo, I couldn't be prouder of our team and more grateful for the continuous support from our valued customers.
Our journey started in 2020 with a vision to transform the hiring process, and while awards were never the primary goal, they serve as a testament to the dedication and hard work of the entire Willo team.

What does it mean to be a Momentum Leader?
Innerhalb des G2-Ökosystems wird "Momentum" als Wachstum in den sozialen Medien, Webpräsenz, Mitarbeiterzahl und Bewertungsdaten innerhalb der G2-Plattform definiert, die die Kundenzufriedenheit und den Vergleich einer Plattform mit ihren Wettbewerbern berücksichtigen.
According to G2’s definitions, to qualify within the Video Interviewing Software category, a platform must do three things:
- Rationalisierung und Vereinfachung des Interviewprozesses.
- Bereitstellung von Videointerviews für eine Vielzahl von Aufgaben, einschließlich vorab aufgezeichneter Interviews, Live-Videointerviews oder beides.
- Verfolgung von Bewerberauswahlverfahren und/oder Bereitstellung von Integrationen in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Die Ernennung zum Momentum Leader Nr. 1 ist für mich etwas ganz Besonderes, denn sie bedeutet, dass wir nicht nur unsere Präsenz ausbauen, sondern auch bei unseren Kunden im Bereich der Videointerviews etwas bewirken.
Was kommt als Nächstes?
Als CEO blicke ich auf die nächsten 3-5 Jahre von Willo. Diese Vision ist für mich einfach: Bewerbern eine fantastische Interviewerfahrung zu bieten, die zu ihrem Lebenstempo passt, und gleichzeitig Unternehmen die Werkzeuge an die Hand zu geben, die sie brauchen, um die richtigen Bewerber zur richtigen Zeit zu finden.
Als ich mich beworben habe, konnte ich aufgrund meiner Legasthenie keine qualitativ hochwertigen schriftlichen Bewerbungen verfassen. Ich wünschte, ich könnte mich per Video und Audio ausdrücken, aber die Unternehmen ließen das nicht zu.
