What does it mean to be a Momentum Leader?

‍According to G2’s definitions, to qualify within the Video Interviewing Software category, a platform must do three things:

1. Rationalisierung und Vereinfachung des Interviewprozesses.
2. Bereitstellung von Videointerviews für eine Vielzahl von Aufgaben, einschließlich vorab aufgezeichneter Interviews, Live-Videointerviews oder beides.

G2 carefully assesses multiple factors, including reviews, user engagement, and overall presence, to identify the best software in each category!

What's next?

As CEO, I am focused on Willo’s next 3-5 years. My vision is simple: provide candidates with the best interview experience that matches the pace of their lives while giving companies the tools they need to find the right candidates at the right time.

When I was a candidate, my dyslexia made it impossible to complete high-quality written job applications. I wished I could express myself through video and audio, but companies wouldn't allow it.

That’s why Woody and I built Willo. Seeing the platform grow, serving both candidates and companies, has been incredibly fulfilling. I’m excited to continue our growth journey, driving innovation, accessibility, and fostering a CV-free approach to hiring.
